FrontCare.ai provides AI-powered administrative support services, including call handling, appointment routing, lead capture, and automated messaging. We do not provide medical, dental, legal, or clinical advice, and nothing on this website or within our services should be interpreted as such. All patient care, diagnosis, treatment decisions, and clinical responsibilities remain solely with the Client and its licensed professionals. We do not guarantee business results, patient volume, revenue increases, or appointment outcomes, as results depend on many factors beyond our control, including staff availability, pricing, patient demand, internal office procedures, and patient behavior.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and systems, is the property of FrontCare.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission. While client-specific scripts, call flows, and configurations developed for a Client’s use belong to the Client, FrontCare.ai retains ownership of its proprietary systems, automation frameworks, templates, methodologies, and underlying technology.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, scheduling rules, escalation instructions, and compliance-related requirements necessary for proper system configuration. Clients must maintain functioning phone systems, internet connectivity, and internal workflows required for service operation. Clients are solely responsible for HIPAA compliance, patient disclosures, staff training, and internal data security practices. FrontCare.ai is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, patient dissatisfaction, or operational issues arising from Client-side processes.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications including appointment confirmations, service notifications, and system messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages by replying STOP. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes where legally permitted.

FrontCare.ai may rely on third-party service providers, including communication carriers, CRM platforms, automation tools, AI providers, and payment processors, to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages, delays, data interruptions, service limitations, or errors caused by these third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontCare.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, patients, or business opportunities. Any liability, if found, shall not exceed the total fees paid to FrontCare.ai in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontCare.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of laws, misuse of patient data, or breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services for misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms. Contract termination rights and refund policies are governed solely by the Service Agreement executed between FrontCare.ai and the Client.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
